The Fish Market opened as a Louisiana Po' Boy Restaurant specializing in domestic catfish and shrimp in April of 2013!  The Fish Market serves "Bahamiana" Cuisine. Yes we made that up because we take our inspiration from both South Louisiana and The Bahamas. Where else can you enjoy authentic Bahamian Conch Fritters and a New Orleans style Po'Boy? Word is getting around that we have the "Coldest Beer in Town" too!  We source our Catfish fresh from Mississippi, our Shrimp direct from the Shrimp boats in Southern Louisiana, and until 2022, our Conch from The Bahamas.  In 2022, the Queen Conch became an endangered species so we are no longer serving our Conch Fritters.  We have created a new Seafood Fritter that is quickly becoming a favorite with our guests.  We believe you will taste the difference here at The Fish Market!
